Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean but not entirely as expected from the online pictures. The service had its ups and downs, with polite staff but some questionable encounters. The location was convenient, away from the hustle of the city but with a few inconveniences upon arrival. The dining experience was inconsistent, with both positive and negative aspects. Overall, it was a stay with its highs and lows.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room itself, especially the sea view room, was lovely with a great view and nice amenities, but the service and dining left a bit to be desired. The location was convenient, though not ideal for those wanting to be closer to popular attractions.
The hotel had a good stay, with friendly staff and good travel links. However, the unclean rooms with no breakfast service were not ideal aspects of the stay.
The hotel room was very small, and the radiator was on when we arrived on a hot sunny day, to a low standard that felt like a crack den. Despite this, I will be back and will book a sea view room next time. The only downside was that the bar wasn't open; other than that, it was a brilliant stay. The breakfast was excellent with 2 bacon, 2 eggs, 2 sausages, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, and plenty of tea and toast.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was basic but very clean, offering a good sea view, and all the public areas were spotlessly clean and warm even on a cold January afternoon. The service was friendly and helpful, though there were a couple of incidents that could have been handled better. The location was convenient, being near the promenade and transport links, but there were some issues with the room layout. The dining experience was a mix of amazing dishes alongside some disappointingly poor options. The facilities were average.
The hotel is in a great seafront spot, quiet, and near Fleetwood, offering free parking and friendly staff. The rooms are small but clean and meet basic needs, although the shower tray needs attention. The service, while friendly, had some issues with parking and comments that were perceived as rude. The location is fantastic right next to the beach, but some room layouts are inconvenient. Dining had friendly staff with good food, but the dining room needs some maintenance. The hotel offers a great view and a nice bar atmosphere and is recommended for a return stay.
